  3. Use mouthwash regularly as this will not only get rid of bacteria, but also help you keep your breath fresh for longer during the fasting hours. It only takes 30 seconds of swishing in the mouth to gain the benefits of good oral care.

  4. Clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner or brush to remove bacteria.

  5. Drink sufficient water, as this will prevent dry mouth.

  6. Avoid certain foods that can leave your breath smelling bad.
